Job Description

·      Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the real estate and built environment sectors, especially with the paint applicators. ·      Present, promote, and sell Gush’s products and services to prospective and existing clients by articulating compelling value propositions. ·      Identify pain points, buying motivations, and closing angles to achieve high conversion rates. ·      Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to persuade clients of Gush’s unique value. ·      Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-potential projects, focusing on key market verticals (e. g. , MCSTs, HDB, commercial).

·      Negotiate and close deals with a strong grasp of revenue vs margin trade-offs and both short- and long-term sales goals. ·      Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share and deepen customer engagement. ·      Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and gather insights on market trends. ·      Monitor platforms like GeBIZ, SESAMi, and BCI to identify new project opportunities. ·      Proactively supplement leads provided by Gush with self-sourced leads through cold outreach, referrals, and networking. ·      Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and pitch presentations. ·      Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and timelines.

·      Act as the main point of contact for customers and manage accounts through the entire sales lifecycle. ·      Collaborate cross-functionally with the Operations team for smooth fulfilment of project deliveries. ·      Liaise with the R&D and Product teams to align customer needs with technical capabilities and innovations. ·      Analyse market trends and competitor positioning to sharpen Gush’s unique selling propositions. ·      Provide regular sales updates and strategic insights to management on customer needs, product feedback, and new opportunities. ·      Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced, startup environment.

 Requirements·      Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the paint/coatings, construction, or architecture industries. ·      Strong network within the real estate or built environment ecosystem is a significant advantage. ·      Self-starter with a hunter mentality — not afraid to knock on new doors and drive market expansion. ·      Proficient with CRM tools (e. g. , HubSpot), and comfortable with using ERP and other tech systems. ·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ·      Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to manage a wide range of customer personalities. ·      Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively.
