OverviewGusto Collective Singapore is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to join the team. Our graphic designers are visual storytellers that engage, inform and inspire. You take concepts and ideas, and create visual representations, converting ideas into a design that connects.

Collaborating closely with fellow peers, you bring an artistic flair, creating compelling visuals for creative proposals in events, exhibitions, visual merchandise, and moreEquipped with a deep understanding of branding and marketing, you look forward to being part of exciting brand experiences by working within an agency that represents a dynamic array of international and reputable fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, and hospitality clients. Your areas of focus will be: Ideate, conceptualise, and design proposals that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project briefs and objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Create initial design sketches that bring concepts to life. Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss project progress, share ideas, and seek feedback. Work closely with the in-house production team to ensure the seamless execution of designs and deliver high-quality output. Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills and meeting tight deadlines. Display initiative, working both individually and as part of a collaborative team. Propose design solutions that not only meet but exceed client briefs, demonstrating creativity and innovation. Maintain workflow according to project schedules, ensuring that various tasks and deadlines are met consistently.

Design templates for decks and proposals to ensure consistent visual identity in presentation development. You will need: At least 2 years of related experience in graphic design for events, exhibitions, or luxury projects. Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for interior design and luxury aestheticsProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Knowledge in web design, UI/UX or digital media is a plus. A strong sense of composition, realism, texture, color, lighting, and unwavering attention to detail.

Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficientlyIn-depth understanding of the events and creative industry, current trends, and emerging technologies.
