Council are seeking a motivated, detail-orientated individual with strong data-analysis skills to take on the role Procurement Officer. A keen eye for accuracy and excellent negotiation skills are also vital. As the Procurement Officer you will be part of the Finance Team and be providing advice and assistance to deliver and support procurement activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. This relationship will achieve value for money and mutually beneficial outcomes for the Council. Salary and working conditions are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023.
The position classification will be classified as a Grade 6, Band 2, Level 2 in Councils salary system, with a starting hourly rate of $38. 668286 per hour.
