What you do on a typical dayAs a Team Leader, you will manage the team’s performance continually, develop associates by providing training and coachingResponsible for meeting all operational KPI’sAssigns duties and monitors work completion for accuracyMaintains a safe work environment and fosters a positive team dynamic, resolving employee relations issues and administering corrective action as requiredLead start-up activities with cross-functional teamsResponsible for making recommendations regarding hiring, terminating, performance evaluations, and promotionsDaily interaction with internal and external customers on an operational levelPersonnel scheduling to support all shifts and accounts, plan and organize staff workloadMaintain documentation of processes that are followed by the departmentTrain associates so that an up-to-date understanding of processes, policies, and procedures is maintainedConsciously dealing with the reduction of environmental impact in terms of waste, energy, water, and fuel consumption.
