Central Inn is looking for GYM- ReceptionistJob Description / ResponsibilityA gym receptionist is the first point of contact, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming, clean environment. Key duties include greeting members, checking them in, selling memberships, answering inquiries, scheduling personal training sessions, and maintaining facility hygiene.Key ResponsibilitiesMember Services: Greet members, check them in, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.Administration: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries efficiently.Sales & Check-in: Process new membership sign-ups, renewals, and payments.Scheduling: Book, cancel, or reschedule personal training sessions and fitness classes.Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, lobby, and sometimes equipment, are clean and orderly.Safety & Security: Monitor gym access to ensure only active members enter and enforce gym policies.Educational RequirementsHSCDiplomaExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel,Restaurant,Coffee ShopAdditional RequirementsCustomer Service: Friendly and professional attitude.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
