Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DOAs an Art Buyer within Creative Services, you’ll play a key role in shaping H&M’s creative output by sourcing and securing the right talent and creative team for our high-end marketing and branding campaigns, including for digital and social channels. → Lead art buying for the H&M brand with a strong focus on high fashion for all types of marketing, often with a social & digital first mindset. → Source and negotiate creative partners, such as talent, photographers, film makers, stylists, casting agents and production companies, to bring creative concepts to life.
→ Manage budgets, production estimates, contracts, and administrative tasks for photo and film shoots. → Stay ahead of emerging trends in fashion, photography and digital culture, to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with H&M’s brand identity. → Balance creative vision with commercial goals to ensure all sourced content supports H&M’s broader business and engagement objectives.
