Job Description

H&P is partnering with a boutique real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. The firm is seeking two Asset Managers to join its growing team, focused on the acquisition and development of large-scale commercial real estate assets across Germany. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of institutional-grade real estate investments, from sourcing to execution and ongoing asset performance. Monitor portfolio performance through KPI tracking, rent roll analysis, and budget forecasting, ensuring delivery against investor expectations and fund strategy. Liaise directly with service providers, and municipal stakeholders to proactively manage property-level initiatives and resolve operational issues.

Contribute to fund management and investor reporting, including preparation of investment memoranda, quarterly updates, and presentations for institutional clients. Participate in strategic firm initiatives, including ESG-focused fund development, knowledge sharing, and platform enhancements in a lean, entrepreneurial setting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2–10 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, investment, or development. Demonstrated track record managing commercial assets, preferably with exposure to office properties in core German cities. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assets and workflows simultaneously.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes. Professional fluency in both German and English is essential. Must be under the age of 35, in line with team structure and succession planning goals. Why Join? This is an excellent opportunity for real estate professionals looking to: Specialize in German commercial real estate with a firm that combines transaction, asset, and fund management under one roof. Gain broad exposure across the investment lifecycle in a dynamic, tight-knit team.
