DutiesTo assist in planning and implementing of external and internal communication initiativesPreparation, translation and distribution of press releases and company news, and other branding and communication materialsCoordinate media interview, monitor and follow up media interviews and press releasesCoordinate production of exhibitions and corporate events, video, corporate gift, websiteOrganize and lead company tours for visitorsCapture news clippings, maintain update of the digital display system, manage central filing of company news, media reports, central library of company photos and videosPerform any other duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsDegree in Journalism, Language, Translation, Marketing and PR related disciplinesMinimum 4 years’ working experience in in-house Public Relations, Branding and Communications and Marketing departments preferredExperience in PR and marketing including media relations, copy writing and translation, collateral / website / app production preferredProficiency with graphics, especially Adobe PhotoshopAbility to use different types of photographic equipment and photography software is preferredProficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese inputting is required)Excellent command of English and Chinese writing skills with good bilingual translation capabilities is a mustFluent spoken English and Putonghua preferredA good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and to meet deadlinesAble to work independently, under pressure and to multi-taskWe offer 5-Day work week with a competitive and comprehensive remuneration package including Chinese New Year bonus, discretionary bonus, transport subsidy, employer topped-up MPF contributions, medical benefits (including family members), voluntary dental coverage (including family members), life insurance, birthday leave, extra annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, newborn baby gift, sports centre and free shuttle bus.
