OverviewThe Contract Supervisor will oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. This role involves coordinating with branches, legal, and financial guarantee teams, while maintaining accurate documentation, assessing risks, and ensuring timely reporting.

The position also requires effective communication with external entities to support smooth contract execution and resolution processes. What You´ll DoContract Management: Review customer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Branches Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for branches regarding late contracts & Contract-related inquiries and issues. Documentation: Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Branches, legal & Financial Guarantee ) to facilitate smooth contract execution based on the SLA and resolve any arising issues. Risk Assessment:

Identify potential risks in contracts and propose solutions to mitigate them. Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on contract policies and procedures if needed. Reporting: Generate reports on contract status. In Charge of communicating with the ABE (Agriculture Bank of Egypt) & Financial guarantees team for delivery & the retrieval of Contracts in case of legal actions taken to be settled with CBE (Central bank of Egypt ). What Makes You a Good FitBachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
