Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence. Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and through email. Handle inquiries and provide support to visitors and staff. Assist other departments with administrative needs. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree1–2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable with a professional attitude. Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
