Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

Job Scope: We’re looking for a passionate and driven Mobile Application Developer with hands-on experience in Flutter and exposure to native mobile development (Android/iOS). You will be part of a collaborative tech team responsible for building, customizing, and enhancing high-quality mobile applications. Key Accountabilities: Assist in designing, developing and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Use Native mobile development (IOS & Android) to support feature development, integrations, and minor customizations. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve application features and performance. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring designs to life .

Work closely with backend developers to integrate mobile applications. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Technical Skills: Experience in mobile development, with exposure to Flutter and Dart preferred. Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic API integration workflows. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Ability to write high quality, clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices and dealing with design tools like (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with native build tools and environments (Xcode, Android Studio). Understanding of mobile design patterns and performance optimization. Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new architectures and processes. Passion & commitment to projects ownership. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions when needed. Problem-solving mindset and ability to take constructive feedback.
