[Hanoi] General Accountant

Job description:Prepares monthly or quarterly financial report following VAS and IFRS.Check revenue and expenses to ensure data accuracy.Control the accounts on the balance sheet to ensure that these accounts are prepared in detailCalculate the cost per productPerform allocation and transfer entries for monthly / yearly reportLiaise with Head Office, Auditors, Tax agent and other Statutory bodies on accounting related matters.Review CIT before submitting to Chief Accountant.Ensure all accounting practices comply with national tax laws, Real-estate Law requirements, Group policies, Group SOP and relevant accounting standards/ regulations.Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.Requirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years working experience in Management accounting function, preferably in construction / property development industry.
