As a Data Engineer, you’ll work on developing DWH architecture, optimizing ETL processes, and modeling data to deliver direct business value. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to sharpen their Data Engineering skills while making a real impact on a fast-paced and data-driven product. What you'll be doing:

Design and build scalable data transformation flows to support Sportsbook’s Data Analytics Platform, working with high-volume and fast-changing data sources Work on the development and optimization of our DWH architecture, ensuring robust and efficient data pipelines Collaborate closely with data analysts, product owners, and engineering teams to understand the business context and drive data-driven solutions Define and implement data quality checks, controls, and best practices to ensure the reliability of insights Take ownership of complex engineering challenges, suggest improvements to architecture, and stay ahead of the curve by adopting new technologies Perform code reviews and contribute to team-wide engineering standards, with a focus on delivering direct business value through data We're looking for someone who:

Has experience with AWSHas strong experience with data transformation flows, particularly in ETL processes and DWH architecture Is proficient in SQL and Python, with a solid understanding of modern data architectures Can work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Has experience in designing data models aligned with business requirements and translating those into scalable solutions Writes clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, following best practices focused on performance and scalability Holds a degree in Computer Engineering or a related fieldBonus points if you are:

Experienced with cloud technologies such as GCP or Azure Familiar with Snowflake, BigQuery, or other analytical databases Coming from a product-driven company environment rather than a consultancy or agency Has experience with Kafka and streaming data
