About The RoleAs a Junior Disbursement Analyst, you will serve our client's needs by handling port and other vessel's costs, following Harbor Lab's standards.

You will also get the opportunity to work with one of the most important parties for a vessel's operation, our registered Agents or any other third party vendor, aiming to provide the most smooth experience to the Principals through our AI-powered, high-tech platform. What You Will Be DoingCheck and Review the PDA and FDA costs following Harbor Lab's standards Negotiate with agents and/or port service providers, look for spot agreements or contracts on behalf of the client Review charter party, worldscale, bimco, etc.

to identify and mark Charterer's Account or rebillable items, if any in the proforma or final DA Effectively communicate with internal and external business stakeholders RequirementsWE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Maritime Economics or related field.

A MSc degree will be an asset Up to 2 years of experience in Disbursements Operations, Post-Fixture or Freight Voyage Analysis departments in a Shipping Company Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing Be eager to contribute to scaling of a rapidly growing software business Be creative, outgoing, and enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude Be ambitious to learn and develop within Harbor Lab Never Settle and Try New things Strive to be the success story See change as an opportunity:
