*Job description**Job Summary: *We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardscape/Landscape Estimator to join our team. This key position will be responsible for estimating and managing landscape enhancement projects that improve the aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, horticulture, project management, and sales experience. *Key Responsibilities: * *Project Management*: Lead and manage landscape enhancement projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work meets company standards, client expectations, and is completed on time and within budget. *Design & Planning*:

Collaborate with clients to create innovative landscape designs, including plant selection, hardscape drawings and product selection, installation placements, estimation of costs, scheduling of work, and more. *Team Leadership*: Supervise and mentor a team of landscapers, horticulturists, and contractors, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. *Client Relations*: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. *Budget Management*: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. *Quality Control*:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, assess quality, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure adherence to design specifications. *Safety Compliance*: Ensure that all landscape enhancement activities comply with safety standards, local regulations, and environmental guidelines. *Reporting & Documentation*: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change orders, and post-project assessments. *Continuous Improvement*: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to landscape enhancement projects. *Qualifications: * *Experience Required*: Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design, horticulture, hardscape design, and landscape project management.

Experience in estimating projects, interacting with crew members and customers. *Physical Requirements*: Ability to work in outdoor environments, lift heavy materials, and perform physical tasks as needed. *Preferred Skills & Attributes: * Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, and plant species. Excellent project management skills, including scheduling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing conditions on job sites. Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials and services. A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a strong eye for design and detail.
