Join us in shaping tomorrow—one circuit at a time.RESPONSIBILITYTechnical Leadership• Leads hardware development and PCB design projects from concept to production.• Oversees design, integration, and validation of electronic components (e.g., ECUs, sensors, power electronics).• Ensures compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and functional safety requirements.• Drives innovation by exploring new technologies.Team Management• Manages and mentor a cross-functional engineering team.• Fosters collaboration between hardware, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.• Supports talent development and conduct performance reviews.• Participates in hiring and onboarding of new team members.• Monitors resource allocation and ensures that all resources are assigned to projects according to experience and qualifications.Project & Process Oversight• Ensures timely delivery of projects within budget.• Monitor project milestones and quality metrics.• Support certification and regulatory compliance processes.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design and development workflows.• Ensures the execution of development process according to ASPICE and company internal processesStakeholder Collaboration• Coordinates with internal departments and external suppliers.• Communicates effectively with upper management and customers.• Represents the hardware team in cross-functional meetings and technical reviews.QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.• 8+ years of experience in automotive electronics hardware development.• 3+ years of experience as Hardware Team Leader or Group Leader• Expertise in circuit design, worst case calculation, PCB design and circuit analysis (DFMEA, Reliability, FMEDA)• Understanding automotive ASPICE (hardware)• Project Management experience is a plus• Strong command in English
