Position OverviewHarley Academy is seeking a Senior Clinical Trainer to join our growing team of experts in aesthetic medicine.

This role is integral to the delivery of high-quality clinical education and the global expansion of Harley Academy’s postgraduate training programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical training in aesthetic procedures to healthcare professionals, while upholding the Academy’s commitment to patient safety and academic excellence. Primary ResponsibilitiesBe an ambassador for Harley AcademyDeliver exemplary training for our delegates lecture based teaching 1:

1 practical training group training remote virtual trainingTrain our delegates in the areas of facial injectablesKeep patient safety and satisfaction at the heart of their accountable practiceDevelop and grow educational content with our courses and marketing teamsDeliver superb clinic service at The Academy ClinicAssist with complaint and concern management with patients and students (escalating where appropriate)Provide constructive feedback to further improve our courses and position within the Aesthetic Medicine sector. Responsible for triaging, coordinating, assessing and treating cosmetic and medical complications.

Supporting and maintaining patient safety and satisfaction in collaboration with the medical team and front of house, ensuring patient safety remains central to clinical practices and decisions.
