Create and lead innovative counselling programmes that boost student well-being and personal growth. Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leaders to ensure every student succeeds. Conduct meaningful individual and group counselling sessions.
Organise engaging workshops that nurture a positive, inclusive, and vibrant school community. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience as a school counsellor in international schools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that connect with students, staff, and parents alike. Must be residing in Qatar and ready to start immediately.
