In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing demand forecasts, controlling excess inventory, and optimizing overall inventory levels to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency. Location: Rennes, FranceKey ResponsibilitiesManage and train department staff to execute on Operations Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Goals & Objectives Manage Video Operations Product Order Fulfillment against Sales Orders in Oracle systemCommunicate and Manage Suppliers to optimize performance in lead-time management, on-time delivery and change management. Manage accurate demand forecasting processes in collaboration with marketing and Sales teams. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock, driving effective inventory turnover.

Acts as Planner and Order Fulfillment for the internal Manufacturing Workshop located in Rennes, and places POs for our CM in Malaysia and our OEM Manufacturers. Knowledge of Logistics as it relates to optimal order fulfillment. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to excess inventory and obsolete stock. Monitor inventory control procedure compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Respond to auditors regarding questions about related procedures. Use data analytics to generate actionable insights for supply chain optimization. What You Will Need To SucceedProven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role. Experience managing international suppliers.

Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and excess stock control. Proficient with ERP software (Oracle Cloud preferred), QlikSense or any other BI tool, and Excel.
