Our new Riyadh branch is currently in the pre-opening phase, and we are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to oversee the company’s operations in Saudi Arabia.Position: General Manager (Automotive Division)Job SummaryWe are looking for an accomplished and strategic General Manager to lead our automotive operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the company’s local presence, driving business growth, managing sales and after-sales operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performance team. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to execute large-scale operational strategies in a fast-growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall operations of the Riyadh branch, including sales, after-sales, marketing, HR, compliance, and administration.Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals.Manage the launch and operational setup of the new branch, including showroom and workshop readiness.Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including municipal rules, civil defense, and business licensing.Build, train, and lead a high-performing local team across all departments.Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction for BYD new energy vehicle products.Oversee financial performance, prepare budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.Establish strong relationships with government authorities, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.Ensure excellent after-sales service operations and customer experience.Represent the company in official meetings, business negotiations, and partner engagements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, EV technologies, and dealership management.Proven ability to lead teams, drive growth, and manage complex operations.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.Proficiency in English required; Arabic preferred.
