Harnessing Solutions ManagerSydney basedCSG Talent has an exciting opportunity for a candidate coming from a cable harnessing & assembly background. This newly created role will be responsible for building a harnessing facility and managing a team.Key Responsibilities:Will build a harnessing facility from the ground up, establishing processes and systems.Oversee production while working directly with customers to design custom harnessing solutions, creating drawings & proposals, and presenting to key accounts.Manage a team of high-performing engineers.Track and report on production performance and capacity planning.Develop standard operating procedures.The Ideal Candidate:Must have a strong understanding of wire harnessing and connector assembly processes.Previous management experience, ideally having run a facility.Capability to create drawings and 3D plans using CAD software (ie SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Understands ISO 9001 and knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge.Willingness to be hands-on at every level while scaling up operations.Electrical Engineering tertiary education is preferred.If you have the required skills and ambition to further your career in a market leader, please apply.
