Global Supply Chain Manager, South Korea - Diagnostics & Point-of-Care

Our client is an innovative leader in IVD and POCT solutions, committed to transforming global healthcare accessibility. As part of their global expansion, we are seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise international supply chain operations with a strong focus on export logistics. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring seamless global distribution, with particular emphasis on markets in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. ResponsibilitiesLead global supply chain operations, with a primary focus on export logistics and international distribution.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and order fulfilment. Manage all export documentation, trade compliance, and regulatory requirements for shipments to the EU, US, and APAC regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, distributors, and customs brokers. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing) to align supply chain strategies with commercial goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor key KPIs and supply chain performance metrics; provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements4+ years of experience in global supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on export operations. Industry background in IVD, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences is essential. Proven track record in shipping to and managing logistics in EU, US, and APAC regions. Deep understanding of international trade compliance, and customs documentation.
