Our client is undergoing a major organizational, operational, and cultural transformation to realize its strategic priorities. The goal is to create an integrated “end-to-end” supply chain that is customer-focused, reliable, high-quality, and efficient. Role OverviewThe Project Manager will lead one or more projects from definition to implementation, ensuring objectives are met within agreed scope, budget, and timelines. The role involves understanding stakeholder needs, analyzing the current situation (AS-IS), defining future objectives (TO-BE), and developing a concrete transition plan. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and lead a competent project team, fostering dynamic and collaborative work.
Report regularly to the Program Director, sponsors, and Business Owners, organizing progress meetings. Identify, analyze, and manage risks, issues, and bottlenecks. Facilitate meetings and workshops to develop practical, realistic solutions aligned with operational realities. Maintain an overview of project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office and designated domain experts/coordinators. Ensure compliance with transformation program governance and track results via defined KPIs. Propose initiatives to improve organizational processes, resources, models, and tools. Oversee the implementation of approved solutions, ensuring they are tested, documented, and executed effectively. ProfileMaster’s degree.
At least 10 years of experience in project management, including standard planning methodologies and tools, monitoring, and execution. Training and experience in project change management, including understanding the context, adapting the project accordingly, managing resistance, and engaging stakeholders. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, specifically in inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics. A results-driven leader able to manage change in a complex transformation environment and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
