With a strong sense of autonomy and ownership, you will drive operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environmentYou will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing qualityCollaborating closely with contract manufacturers and internal cross-functional teams from Development, Supply Chain, and Product Marketing, you will work towards achieving defined supply chain performance targets within a highly international settingYou will oversee product quality, change management, and technical supply chain operations to consistently fulfill customer and business requirementsProviding expert technical guidance and strategic advice to colleagues and senior management will be a key part of your roleYou will integrate supply chain requirements into the design of hardware and test software to ensure efficient and predictable manufacturability by leveraging the capabilities of partnersFinally, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely ramp-up of new high-tech instruments into production.
Your Profile: Bachelor’s or a master’s or a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering,Possessing comprehensive expertise in in CAD Programs (e. g. CREO, Siemens NX), 3D Modelling Experience in Design 2 Cost, design to X. Extensive knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes for complex electronic assembliesProficient knowledge regarding printed circuit assembly development and manufacturing workflows,proactive, flexible attitude combined with an innovative mindset and strong analytical problem-solving skillsstrong commitment and accountability for the products you are responsible for. collaborative team player in cross-functional projects typical of a matrixed and global organization.
