Project Manager

About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology initiatives from conception through delivery. In this role you’ll oversee cross-functional teams, guide project execution, ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and be the primary escalation point for all technology-related aspects of the project. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technology partners and change management teams to drive measurable outcomes and long-term success. What You’ll DoLead full lifecycle project management for a variety of initiatives including application development, infrastructure upgrades, system integration and operational improvements.

Manage end-to-end technology delivery across multiple workstreams. Collaborate with business and technology teams to track deliverables, mitigate risks and ensure timelines and budgets are met. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and act as Scrum Master or RTE where applicable. Create and manage project plans, financials, schedules and stakeholder communications. Identify and resolve project issues escalate when necessary to ensure project success. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards. What You Bring7+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise-level technology initiatives.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage project financials and budgeting. Proven communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Adept in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Agile certification required (Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer). PMP certification is a plus. Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus.
