About the RoleHashKey Group is looking for a creative and Web3-savvy Social Media Associate to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing our global and regional social media channels, including platforms like X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, shaping HashKey’s voice, and engaging Web3 communities. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage the official HashKey social media accounts (e. g. , X, LinkedIn etc.
)Monitor Web3 industry trends and create content (tweets, threads, blog posts, short-form video scripts) that aligns with HashKey’s brand strategySupport campaign execution such as AMAs, KOL collaborations, and cross-brand marketing activitiesWork closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistency in messaging and visualsTrack performance analytics, generate insights, and continuously optimize content and engagement strategiesRequirements1+ year of hands-on experience in Web3 social media operations, with a proven track record of content planning and executionDeep familiarity with crypto culture, online narratives, and community behaviorStrong writing and communication skills in both English and ChineseSelf-driven, highly organized, and capable of working across time zones and remote teamsWhy HashKeyAt HashKey Group, we are building the future of regulated digital asset finance.
