ADMINISTRATION CLERK: YOUTH HUBS. Basic Salary: R80 400PARoles and ResponsibilitiesKey performance areasAssist with the filing of all correspondence and relevant documentation. Regular communication with Youth Hub Ambassadors. Assist with the processing of Youth Hub Ambassador Reports. Data Capturing on the Learner Management System. Collating Youth Hub Ambassador monthly and quarterly activities.

Perform telephone duties in an efficient and appropriate manner. Collecting and verifying Youth Hub Ambassador programme statistics. Assist with the Monitoring and Tracking of Youth Hub Participants. Qualifications And RequirementsA valid Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. A certificate in Office Administration/Computer Studies. At least 2 years’ relevant office administration experience. Fully competent in computer packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Workspace). Experience working on a Learner Management System is advantageous. Competent in English and at least one (1) other South African language. Well-grounded, non-smoker with sober habits.
