Job DescriptionAs a Business Coordinator, youâll be a vital member of the Business Support team helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. Youâll work across all parts of the business, supporting our people, projects, and leaders while playing a key role in studio operations, business development, and event coordination. The Business Coordinator is a diverse role, and as such offers the opportunity for the individual to play to their strengths.
They can focus their efforts where they can have the greatest impact, while still providing general support across the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative assistance to multiple members of the leadership team as required, including calendar assistance, travel coordination, meeting setup, timesheets, and expense claims. Support administrative tasks such as document production, contract preparation for signing, meeting coordination, and travel coordination. Assist with document production for marketing and business development. Provide ad-hoc reception cover, including greeting clients and other guests to the studio, preparing meeting areas for client meetings with catering/coffee, and assisting with event coordination.
QualificationsWeâre looking for someone who is experienced and thrives in a creative environment and who has a âcan-doâ attitude to tasks and responsibilities. Youâre proactive, able to work independently, and enjoy collaborating with others as part of a team. The following skills and experience would be required:
