Job Description

With eight design studios worldwide, chances are you've encountered our work. We specialise in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and urban design. We’re looking for a Graduate Interior Designer with 1–2 years of industry experience to join our Sydney team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative studio environment where design thinking, curiosity, and growth are encouraged.

As a Graduate Interior Designer, you’ll work closely with experienced designers on projects that span the full design journey—from early concept through to documentation. You’ll contribute ideas, learn from others, and develop your skills as part of a high-performing team.

What You’ll DoSupport concept development, space planning, and design detailing across a range of workplace projectsAssist with presentations, material selections, and mood boards that bring ideas to lifeDevelop drawings and documentation using RevitParticipate in team reviews, client discussions, and collaborative design sessionsContribute to a dynamic studio culture that values ideas, initiative, and collaborationQualificationsA degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture1–2 years of professional experience in a design studio (internships or graduate roles considered)Commercial workplace project experience is a plus, or a keen desire to gain experience in commercial workplace design.

Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeStrong design sensibility, communication skills, and a proactive mindsetA team-first attitude, with a desire to keep learning and growing.
