We hatch to prove that ethics and excellence can coexist, perfectly, proudly, as it should be.Job PurposeTo lead daily hatchery operations, managing people, process, and welfare from egg arrival to chick dispatch.You ensure every setter, hatcher, and hatch hand operates with precision, cleanliness, and calm respect. You are the guardian of standards at the very start of life, making sure that every chick born here is born right.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all hatchery operations including egg reception, setting, transfer, hatching, vaccination, and chick dispatch.Maintain 100% compliance with incubation SOPs, biosecurity, and animal welfare standards.Lead, train, and monitor hatchery operators and technicians across all shifts.Oversee machine performance — temperature, humidity, CO₂, and airflow, ensuring optimal hatch conditions.Monitor fertility, hatchability, and chick quality; implement corrective actions promptly.Coordinate egg traceability and chick count documentation with data accuracy.Verify cleanliness and sanitation of all incubators, trays, hatchers, and chick handling areas.Liaise with QA for hatchery hygiene audits and corrective actions.Ensure full compliance with ADAFSA, MoCCAE, and internal welfare protocols.Report KPIs, batch results, and deviations to the Farm Manager daily.Who You AreYou are calm, disciplined, and meticulous.
