After excelling as a Sales or Off Plan Consultant, you may progress to a management position as you continue to grow your career. Role RequirementsDaily calls to potential landlords and sellers. Conduct market appraisals for listings. List properties on our CRM system Reapit. Qualify clients and arrange viewings. Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties. Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency. Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
