Key RequirementsObtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties. To ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies. Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found. Prepare lease agreement and all necessary documents. Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs. Skills & professional requirements: Proficient in MS Office. Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports. Good communication and presentation skills.
Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients. Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords.
