AI provides innovative SaaS products that automate the collection of high-quality skin data.

We help skincare brands provide skin analysis and build interactive product and treatment recommendations for e-commerce platforms.  Responsibilities:  ●  Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact. ●  Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, needs, and challenges, and align our products to meet those requirements. ●  Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. ●  Regularly check in with customers to monitor their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues. ●  Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.

●  Provide ongoing training and support to our customers to maximize their utilization of our products/services. ●  Stay updated on industry trends and best Customer Success practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.  Qualifications:  ●  4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account management roles in a software or SaaS business. ●  Good knowledge of eCommerce and popular platforms. ●  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. ●  Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and driving customer satisfaction. ●  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations.

●  Understanding of SaaS business models and AI technologies. ●  Good command of the English language, other languages are a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with: ●  Experience in automating the collection and monitoring of customer health scores● Proficiency in integrating CRM systems with existing company infrastructure
