Contract Duration: 6 monthsLocation: Western SydneyWork Arrangement: Hybrid working, 3 days onsite per weekDaily Rate: $800 - $900 + Super per day (flexible based on experience)Student Experience Transformation A major tertiary institution in Western Sydney is delivering the next phase of a student experience transformation initiative focused on improving the initial stages of a student’s journey into tertiary education. The project includes the rollout of a mobile-first digital platform designed to enhance student belonging, engagement, and retention through orientation events, personalised nudges, and gamified experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of a student experience platform across multiple functions Coordinate internal stakeholders (IT, Campus Life, Student Services) and external vendors Oversee project scope, risks, timelines, and interdependencies Apply agile or hybrid delivery methodologies to meet project objectives Drive stakeholder engagement across academic and professional teamsRequired Experience:
