Job Description

Job Title: Global Culture LeaderDepartment: Human ResourcesJob Purpose: The Global Culture Leader is responsible for shaping, driving, and embedding a cohesive and inclusive organizational culture across all regions. This role ensures that the company’s mission, vision, and values are lived by employees worldwide, fostering engagement, belonging, and alignment with business strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Culture Strategy & Leadership: - Define and execute a global culture strategy that supports business objectives and enhances employee experience. - Partner with senior leadership to align culture initiatives with corporate values and long-term goals.

- Serve as a thought leader on trends in workplace culture, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and employee engagement. 2. Cultural Transformation & Change Management: - Lead large-scale culture transformation programs, ensuring adoption across diverse geographies and business units. - Develop frameworks to measure cultural health (e. g. , surveys, focus groups) and track progress. - Address cultural challenges (e. g. , M&A integration, hybrid work models) with data-driven solutions. 3. Employee Engagement & Belonging: - Design initiatives to strengthen employee connection to the company’s purpose (e. g. , storytelling, recognition programs). - Foster an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and heard.

- Collaborate with ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and DEI teams to embed inclusivity into cultural practices. 4. Communication & Advocacy: - Craft compelling narratives to communicate cultural priorities to internal and external stakeholders. - Train leaders and managers to role-model desired behaviors and drive cultural accountability. - Amplify success stories through multimedia channels (videos, intranet, global events). 5. Global Collaboration: - Adapt cultural strategies to regional nuances while maintaining global consistency. - Work with HRBPs and local teams to ensure initiatives resonate across cultures. - Benchmark against industry best practices to innovate and evolve the culture roadmap. Qualifications & Skills: -Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field. -Experience: 10+ years in HR, culture transformation, or employee engagement, preferably in multinational organizations. - Skills: - Expertise in change management and cultural diagnostics (e. g. , OCAI, employee surveys). - Strong facilitation and influencing skills at all organizational levels. - Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action. - Exceptional cross-cultural communication and storytelling. - Mindset: Passionate about human-centric workplaces, adaptable, and resilient in ambiguity. Success Metrics: - Improvement in global employee engagement/retention scores. - Positive shifts in culture survey metrics (e. g. , inclusion, alignment with values).

- Adoption of cultural behaviors by leadership and teams. - Recognition as an employer of choice (e. g. , awards, employer branding).
