Job Opportunity: Site ManagerLocation: DenmarkCompany: DNP Denmark (a wholly owned subsidiary of DNP Group, Japan)Employment Type: Full-TimeReports To: CEO🛠️ Tasks: What You’ll Be Responsible ForAs Site Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of DNP Denmark’s daily operations, including: Ensuring full compliance with Danish labor laws, safety regulations, building codes, and environmental policiesLeading regulatory audits and managing relations with unions and government authoritiesDirecting and coordinating Accounting, HR, IT, Administration, and Plant Operations departmentsOverseeing core business functions:

Production, Logistics, and Technical ServicesManaging recruitment, evaluations, and workforce planning in collaboration with HRDriving strategic initiatives and monitoring budgets in alignment with company goalsApproving contracts, investments, and expenses in coordination with the CEOLeading quality assurance efforts including ISO/IATF/customer auditsPromoting internal transparency, team collaboration, and a strong workplace cultureRepresenting DNP Denmark with key external stakeholders and institutional partners🎓 Qualification: What You’ll BringWe're looking for an experienced leader with the following skills and traits:
