This pivotal role will oversee and integrate the functions of Corporate Communication, Human Resources, Administration, and General Management to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Communication: Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies. Oversee brand messaging, media relations, and crisis communication. Ensure consistent and effective communication across all departments. Human Resources: Lead HR strategy including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive workplace culture. Drive initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Administration: Manage office operations, facilities, and administrative support functions.
Optimize workflows and implement systems to improve efficiency. Oversee vendor management and procurement processes. General Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with corporate strategy. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across business units. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred).
