Your new company One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Welcome Advisor to work within a busy branch located in Central Park, Dublin. Your new role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and govern the Tech & Digital workstream within a broader platform programme. This role involves close collaboration with the Workstream Business Lead and Programme Manager to ensure successful delivery of workstream objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee workstream activities to deliver business outcomes efficiently.
Ensure adherence to project methodology, managing change control and quality assurance. Lead problem-solving initiatives and provide actionable insights to governance forums. Communicate key outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders across functions. Maintain and update detailed workstream plans and RAID logs. Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with programme goals. Prepare and present regular status reports and financial/resource inputs. Support programme-level reporting and contribute to PMO activities. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in project management within digital or technology programmes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
