Your new role This is an opportunity to support the ongoing development of the Supply Chain function, taking control of Production Planning, Logistics (3pl and carrier relationships), and Suppliers in the UK and abroad. What you'll need to succeed Your CV will demonstrate relevant experience and achievements within a manufacturing business, ideally including Production & Logistics Planning, Inventory optimisation & Materials Planning, Purchasing and Supplier relationships.
You will be familiar with MRP, BOMs etc, and ideally have experience within SME businesses doing a hands-on role. You will have strong Excel skills, and be accustomed to planning within Excel (experience of ERP systems is also useful). You will also be able to spot opportunities to simplify and automate processes across the Supply Chain function, using metrics / KPIs to measure the impact of changes.
