Job Responsible :Manage and monitor HR transformation projects using appropriate project management methodologies.Act as a project leader for key Human Capital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and performance tracking.Collaborate cross-functionally to align project outcomes with organizational goals.Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.Analyze people metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.Support resolution of complex employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.Drive culture transformation programs and leadership development frameworks.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of relevant experience in HRBP, OD, or PMO roles from Consultant will be good.Strong project management skills, with experience in managing HR projects across multiple business units.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Familiar with HRIS, change management frameworks, and organizational diagnostics tools.English is a must
