[HCL x ANZ] Project Manager (Regulatory banking projects, Mandarin fluent)

Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and coordinate regulatory projects across the region, engaging with international stakeholders and managing a team of approximately 10 members. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managed services projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance, preferably within Financial Services.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of regional regulatory projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Oversee infrastructure-related aspects of the project where applicable.Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.Mentor and manage a team of 10 members, fostering collaboration and accountability.Required Qualifications:5–7 years of experience in project or product management.Proven track record in regulatory projects; Financial Services Regulatory experience is highly preferred.Strong background in managed services project delivery.Experience managing medium-sized teams (10+ members).Demonstrated experience working with software development teams in a project management capacity.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Fluent English + Mandarin are required).Preferred Skills:PMP, or similar certification.Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment.Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN USHybrid working environment.Collaborating with one of Top 4 largest banking of Australia18 paid leaves/year (12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves)Insurance plan based on full salary + 13th month salary + Performance bonus.Meal allowance of 730,000 VND/month100% full salary and benefits as an official employee from the 1st day of workingMedical benefit for employee and familyWorking in a fast-paced, flexible, and multinational working environment.
