Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager to oversee technical infrastructure delivery and project execution in alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements. The role involves managing project risks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of infrastructure components under the guidance of the Contracting Great Eastern Principal ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight & Risk ManagementTrack project progress and manage risks in accordance with the Contracting Great Eastern Entity’s governance. Act as the single point of contact for all technical infrastructure support related to the project.
Infrastructure DeliveryEnsure delivery of infrastructure components as per the Bill of Materials, procurement orders, and design documents. Evaluate the effectiveness of the current environment and proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s security framework. Stakeholder CoordinationObtain necessary approvals from the Solution Team and Enterprise Architect. Escalate risks and ensure compliance with security hardening and patching standards. Infrastructure ReadinessConfirm all servers have assigned IPs, firewall enabled, ports configured, and agents (7 types) installed and properly configured. Ensure systems are hardened and patched according to the latest OS-specific standards. Compliance & DocumentationCoordinate with compliance and risk teams for final sign-off.
Supervise vendor activities when engaged. Ensure server IDs are lodged and approved by IDM and business users. Verify agent functionality and raise tickets for console screenshots as evidence. Transition & ClosureCompile all artefacts and evidence into the IGPS 4-6-4 transition document for BAU operations. Ensure server naming conventions are followed to avoid rejection by Infra Ops. Document server builds and obtain final sign-off from technical leads. Access CyberArk to verify ID lodgement and compile screenshots as evidence. Submit compiled documentation for review and seek final approval from Compliance, Security, and Infra Ops leads for project closure.
Job Requirements Experience & QualificationsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in project management or infrastructure delivery roles. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, compliance standards, and risk management practices. Experience working with enterprise architecture teams and technical leads. Familiarity with CyberArk, IDM processes, and infrastructure naming conventions. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
