Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Azure DevOps (Preferred), JIRA. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure preferred). Ability to step into Product Owner and Project Manager responsibilities when needed. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
Knowledge of our technology stack (Angular, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, . NET) is a plus. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Create and maintain Sprint Status Reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and sprint goal alignment. Support the creation and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as a servant-leader, removing impediments and fostering a psychologically safe, high-performing team environment. Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination forums.
Lead stakeholder meetings and status calls with internal and client leadership. Support Agile maturity and Agile Ways of Working adoption across the organization.
