Role Description We are seeking a dedicated HCM Expert Oracle Fusion Solution Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing innovative Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, providing consulting expertise, developing software applications, managing system integrations, and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational performance and efficiency. Qualifications Experience with Solution Architecture and developing scalable, optimized system designsProficiency in Consulting and delivering client-focused, results-driven strategiesStrong knowledge of Software Development processes and methodologiesExpertise in Integration between systems to ensure seamless data flowUnderstanding of Business Process analysis and optimizationStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsExperience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and relevant certifications is preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
