Everyone brings something unique to WSP and that's something we value, we want to encourage curiosity, new ideas fuel innovation.At WSP we positively encourage applications from qualified and eligible candidates, regardless of gender, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, pregnancy, or maternity/paternity.Ready to get started?With us you can.About This OpportunityWe are seeking a HCM Lead to serve as the key liaison between the global HCM Program Team and the regional Human Resources organization.This role is critical in ensuring that regional HR requirements, system configurations, and processes are well understood, aligned, and effectively deployed as part of WSP’s global transformation initiatives.Overall accountabilityThe Regional HCM Lead will be responsible for translating regional HR and people management needs into actionable requirements for the global HCM transformation program.This includes ensuring alignment with corporate policies, supporting system implementation and change adoption, and coordinating HR stakeholders across all countries in the region.ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Coordination Act as the main point of contact between the global HCM Program and the regional HR leadership teams. Capture, validate, and manage regional HCM requirements and user stories in Jira or other program management platforms. Ensure alignment between global HCM design and local labor, legal, and business requirements. Coordinate with HR teams, IT, and business partners to ensure proper understanding and execution of HCM processes. Participate in regional governance forums and represent the region in global decision-making sessions.Process Design & Implementation Support workshops, process design sessions, and fit-gap analysis to identify local variations or needs. Collaborate in testing (SIT/UAT) activities, including preparation of test scenarios and validation of outcomes. Assist in data validation, migration, and system configuration reviews. Monitor implementation progress and provide feedback to ensure user readiness and data integrity. Support the roll-out of new functionalities and post-go-live stabilization activities.Change Management & Communication Partner with HR leaders and Change Managers to drive adoption of new HCM tools and processes. Support the development of regional communication, training, and engagement materials. Identify key stakeholders and build relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in. Escalate risks, issues, or misalignments and propose actionable solutions to the program team.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, HR Systems, or Transformation Projects. Experience in HCM or ERP system implementation (Oracle Fusion, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar). Experience working in multinational companies or environments with complex, cross-country structures. Broad understanding of HR processes: Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance, and Learning. Strong ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements. Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication. Experience using collaboration and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint). Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capability. Experience in change management and user training is a strong asset.
