[HCM] Partnership Specialist

Job description1. Business Expansion and Growth (50%)Build and develop POS and Payment partnership models to increase new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze user data, evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs.Propose improvements based on customer behavior and feedback.2. Partnership and Cross-functional Collaboration (30%)Work with POS/Payment partners to ensure service quality, partnership commitment, and mutually beneficial outcomes.Connect with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.Monitor and resolve arising issues, ensuring user experience and partnership performance.3.
