[HCM] Product Quality Assurance Executive

Job Description

Primary objective: The PQA has two main functions as follows;(a) Improvements and Assurance of Quality of Products & Services; Collecting all relevant information and documents to get certificates assuring products or serves we provide, as well as auditing, inspecting, supporting or cooperating to improve of our business partners regarding products or serves we provide, to assure those products and services are safe and secure, furthermore, proposing, correcting any procurement systems in supply chain and educating staffs in charge of procurements.(b) Cooperate with Private Brand Product Team to create featured products; Supporting and carrying out activities to support customer survey and pre-production sensory testing as well as any activities related to this function.PQA is not directly in charge of quality control (“QC”) activities in stores; however, if those can be applicable to enhance PQA activities in aspect of above (a) to (b), then PQA will coordinate in cross-departments by focusing on PQA activities as primary in charge, and PQA have rights to supervise to or get supported from the relevant departments regarding QC activities.Role DescriptionGet registration certificates and check labelsStudy and make clear related VN regulations with authority in case of need. Prepare dossiers and submit to authorities. Make an action plan and ensure to get certificates on time.Understand related regulations on labelling. Check and confirmHandle issuance of barcode2. Control product quality and handle quality issues as well as audit factoriesUnderstand production process and make a plan to control quality from pre-production to finished products.Evaluate steady of product by a product monitoring programMonitor quality situation at stores. Visit factories in case of need to collaborate with them to solve quality issues3. Collaborate with Managements to create featured products as assigned.QualificationsExperienced in related areas at least 4 yearsUniversity degrees, major in organic chemistry or electricity or garmentGood communication and negotiation skills.Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.How to calculate cost, profit, basic account is preferableCustomer-oriented mindset.Time-management and team work skills.Strong leadership and problem solving skillsAbilities to use computer, office programs and database.Benefits:Negotial salary13-month salaryPerformance bonus: 2-3 month salaryTransportation allowanceFull salary social insuranceMeal at canteen13 days annual leavesMany opportunities for development (transfer, promotion)Training and learning development
