HCS – Technical Account Manager (Huawei Cloud Services)

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned it and communications company, We are seeking a HCS – Technical Account Manager (Huawei Cloud Services) As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS), you will be the key technical advisor and advocate for our customers. You will bridge the gap between our customers' business goals and our advanced cloud technology, ensuring they maximize the value and performance of their investment. This role is critical in building long-term customer relationships by providing deep technical guidance and proactive support throughout the customer lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product training, onboarding, and technical consultations, ensuring effective use of HCS solutions.Provide comprehensive technical support to customers before and after the sales process.Gain a deep understanding of each customer’s setup, workflows, goals, and how HCS products can help optimize their operations.Help customers realize measurable business value and achieve outcomes beyond their initial expectations.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams by providing technical insights and detailed product specifications.Manage and enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term engagement and retention.Prepare and deliver technical analysis and reporting on customer environments and performance.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following technology domains:Software developmentCloud computingOperations and systems engineeringInfrastructureSecurityNetworkingData & analyticsStrong understanding of cloud services architectures, functions, and business models.Deep knowledge of IP networking, virtualization, and infrastructure environments.Experience in enterprise cloud delivery, customer success, or technical account management within large-scale cloud environments.Excellent communication, coordination, adaptability, and teamwork skills.Proactive mindset with strong self-motivation and ownership.Strong analytical and logical thinking, with clear organization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Language: Proficiency in English is required. Arabic and/or Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.
