You’ll thrive if you have a solid technical background and strong admin skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate hardware and software quotesProcess sales orders and manage invoicingManage hardware and software renewals to maintain client relationshipsMaintain and update our CRM and quoting systemsAssist with proposals for projects and managed servicesIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accountsSupport lead generation campaigns and marketing initiativesContribute to general IT projects and company-wide administrative tasksWhat We’re Looking ForPrior experience in an IT sales support, quoting, or sales administration roleRelevant IT knowledge or qualifications, with a strong understanding of IT systems and Microsoft 365 CloudExcellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and time managementProfessional and clear communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-driven environmentAustralian Permanent Resident living in the Sydney region (on-site role)Additional InformationFull training provided to enhance your IT and sales expertiseApplicants must have valid Australian working rights for at least 2 yearsA police check will be required in the final stage of recruitmentReady to accelerate your IT sales career?If you meet the above criteria and want to join an award-winning MSP, apply now!
