Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. You will play a vital role in delivering a superior customer experience while supporting internal sales and service teams. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate product information, order status, and delivery updatesAssist customers with order placement, changes, and returnsCollaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve issuesDocument customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM systemMaintain a strong understanding of HD Supply’s product catalog and servicesUphold HD Supply’s standards for service quality and customer satisfactionQualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferredMinimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (B2B or distribution industry experience is a plus)Strong communication skills—both verbal and writtenProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailA positive, team-oriented attitudeWork Schedule: Part-time: [e. g. , 20–25 hours/week]Flexible scheduling may include mornings, afternoons, or weekends depending on business needs
